Attaching special attention to protection of greeneries, healthy development of young generation and well-being of citizens IDEA Public Union, along with "Cavan" Youth Movement Public Union, has launched "Bizim həyət" (our yard) project, which aims to improve yards in Baku that need renovation. 

The project aims to remodel building yards, making them greener, create more comfortable living environments for residents and promote healthy lifestyles.

Initiated by Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Leyla Aliyeva and supported by district executive authorities, the first such yard that was renovated was at Huseyn Sayidzade street in Baku's Nasimi district. Opening ceremony of the yard happened on December 23rd with a tree planting event by young volunteers and dwellers of the surrounding buildings.

Supported by Nasimi District Executive Power, the first renovated yard includes children's playground, football field and outdoor sports equipment. Such equipments are meant to create social fitness experience for people of all generations providing opportunities for them to lead active, healthy lives.

At the request of residents, façades and entrance areas of apartment buildings were also renovated within the project.

The project "Bizim həyət" is planned to cover all districts of Baku. Suggestions and requests on the yards that need a renovation like this can be sent to IDEA Public Union.
