On June 14, 2012, IDEA started first and unique project in Azerbaijan named "Eco Cinema".Descrtiption & Concept
It is aimed to enlighten young people in the field of environmental protection with creative methods through the project.On June 14, 2012, IDEA started first and unique project in Azerbaijan named "Eco Cinema". Being have already caused great interest by a wide range of students, "Eco Cinema" project, which biweekly takes place at IDEA Resource Center, devoted to environmental issues is intended to demonstrate documentary films on environmental topics. The most popular environmental movies are shown to students with a 45-minute discussion afterwards.
The main purpose of the project is:
- to enlighten young people in environmental issues;
- to draw attention of young people to the necessity of protecting our fragile planet;
- to create a real and virtual community of young people with a shared passion for the environment
