On 12 September 2015, in the framework of the project jointly carried out by IDEA Public Union and “Sevimli Bala” entitled “Ecological laboratory for children”, the 9^th regular training session was held at the Resource Center located in the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The September session of the laboratory was dedicated to seasons of the year and trees.

During the training session, the children were thoroughly informed about what causes the change of seasons each year and got closely acquainted with the transformation and development process underwent by trees in line with changing seasons. 

As a routine of the laboratory, the “young ecologists” took part in a series of lab experiments and amusing intellectual games. Furthermore, the children made little “works of art” relevant to the studied topic by using various materials.

Along with communicating the importance of protecting the environment to the young generation, the September laboratory has put special emphasis on the significance of everyone’s involvement in this process, regardless of age, because each person with good will can make a difference.

At the closing of the session, IDEA Public Union and “Sevimli Bala” presented memorial gifts to the participants.
