According to the report, Interns are expected to work five days a week with shift schedule of part time and full time. IDEA campaign will issue a certificate to students upon a successful completion of the internship.

The objective of the internship program is to provide a framework by which undergraduate and graduate students from diverse academic backgrounds may be assigned to the IDEA office where their educational experience can be enhanced through practical work assignments. It will allow IDEA campaign to expose them to the work of the campaign which aims to raise awareness among people on importance of global environmental problems. Internship program will provide IDEA office with the assistance of highly qualified students specialized in various professional fields.

Required Skills are knowledge of MS Office programs, internet navigation and research; demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and maintain a flexible schedule; strong diplomatic skills in dealing with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds; awareness of and sensitivity to a variety of cultural perspectives; awareness of prominent global and local environmental issues. Interns should possess or enrolled in a program for a university degree in environment, economy or social sciences, preferably in the field of environmental sciences, international relations, public relations and international environmental law.

Applicants should have a good command of English and  knowledge of Azerbaijani or Russian. National interns should be fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
