The IDEA campaign aimed at contributing to healthier environment, forming ecological culture and care for nature among young people, helping young generation arrange their leisure time effectively by engaging in similar actions and raising environmental awareness of people.

The campaign brought together over 150 volunteers. More than 2,500 coniferous trees were planted in shape of IDEA letters.

The area now planted with trees, which formerly was a land unsuitable for sowing and contaminated with domestic waste. Beforehand, the planting area was cleaned of domestic waste and made suitable for sowing with the help of agro-technical service.

The young people planted trees under the slogan of ‘Help us for a greener Azerbaijan.’

IDEA holds similar environmental periodically calling on people, particularly, youth, to join efforts to fight ecological problems.
