I greet you at the Azerbaijani Students and Alumni International Forum organized at one of the most beautiful and magnificent parliaments of Europe, congratulate you with this day of unity and wish each and every one of you success in your education and activity done for the sake of Azerbaijanism. Discussing the Azerbaijani realities in political institutions of Europe at the initiative of youths and exchanging views on Azerbaijan’s present and future are very significant in terms of raising awareness about our country abroad.
One of the main obligations that fall on our youths living and studying abroad is to promote Azerbaijan at high level and activate with joint cooperation. Of course, to do this, you are required to be initiative, to choose correct target and to think in a modern way. It’s especially important to involve new powers in order to form and consolidate Azerbaijani youth organizations operating in the world.
Your close cooperation with local and international organizations and media structures of countries you live and study in and you active participation in the socio-political life of these countries will soon turn into a success of our diaspora activity. In this respect, I am sure that the Budapest forum, the second international meeting of ASAIF, will create a beautiful environment to form friendship and business relations.
The preserve the honour of the Motherland, to promote is decently and to maintain the high image of Azerbaijan on a global scale should be our main goal while living abroad. I hope that regardless of the country you live and study in, you will not forget our national culture, morality, language, religion, background and traditions, and spare no efforts to strengthen our country. I wish you and the Azerbaijani youth that you represent valour, solidarity and success in this path”
