On 24 September 2016, IDEA Campaign, jointly with Sevimli Bala kids club, held another monthly eco-lab session for children. Aimed at increasing children’s knowledge of the natural world, September’s lab focused on educating kids on the theme of “Trees and Seasons”.

During the training session, children were widely informed about the different seasons and their characteristics, as well as how trees grow and adapt to seasonal changes. They also engaged in lab experiments, creating artworks from various types of materials. Later, through the process of planting and watering flowers in the garden children were taught how to take care of plants.

Apart from being a fun-filled experience, the session has played a key role in conveying the young children the importance of saving trees for our planet.
