Aquaponics Training Center unveiled in Baku
The newly-established Aquaponics Training Center was unveiled in Baku on 23 October 2021. The project that aims to introduce the aquaponics system in Azerbaijan was jointly carried out by IDEA, UNDP-GEF Kura II Project and Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Aquaponics system is based on advanced technologies that allow simultaneous cultivation of fish and plants to obtain environmentally friendly, organic and high-quality products.
