The November eco-laboratory session of IDEA Campaign and Sevimli Bala kids club was organized for the children from single-parent and low-income families.

Young environmentalists learned about both man-made and natural sources of pollution and their impacts on human health and wildlife.

Children also conducted several science experiments such as erupting a volcano when learning about the environmental consequences caused by natural disasters.  

At the closing of the session, children were presented memorial gifts.

In addition to offering an interesting and fun-filled experience, the lab has contributed to the children’s early-age understanding about the importance and ways of preventing pollution.

The monthly ecological laboratories are organized at IDEA’s Resource Center located at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. To participate in the project, please call IDEA at 497-63-16.
