Traditional Tree Planting Campaign at Balakhani Polygon

As every year, yesterday, staying true to our tradition, 1,000 trees were planted in the area of the Balakhani Waste Disposal Landfill in collaboration with "Təmiz Şəhər" JSC and the Ministry of Economy. Operating since 2009, this landfill has been properly receiving household waste from Baku. It should also be noted that the wastewater separated from the buried waste at the landfill is purified through special filters and converted into technical water, which is extensively used for watering the trees.
