“Our Yard” - Shirvan city, Energetik and M. Ibrahimov streets

Within the framework of the "Our Yard" project, carried out at the initiative of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, a yard in the city of Shirvan, where nearly 700 residents live, has been renovated and opened for use by the residents.
The renovated yard covers the buildings at 9 Energetik Street and 8 and 10 Lieutenant Mahmud Ibrahimov Street in the city of Shirvan.
The main goal of the "Our Yard" project is to make yards ecologically clean and well-maintained, restore greenery, which forms the backbone of the city’s ecology, promote a healthy lifestyle, and create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
In the next renovated yard, the movement of disabled and physically limited people has been taken into account, favorable conditions have been created for the development of children of all age groups, and various sports facilities and playgrounds for children have been installed to ensure that young people spend their leisure time effectively and develop a habit of systematic exercise.
On the 1.5-hectare yard, six gazebos have been constructed, and benches and waste bins have been installed.
Taking into account the wishes and interests of residents, lighting poles and security cameras have been installed in the yard, and the facades, roofs, and entrances of the buildings have been fully renovated. In addition to restoring the existing greenery in the yard, over 100 trees have been planted, and a green zone has been created, following the rules of the special quarantine regime.
It should be noted that this yard is the first to be renovated in districts outside Baku under this project.
