On February 14, the presentation of the "Tree of Love" project was held at the Seaside National Park. The ceremony was attended by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder of the IDEA Public Union.

The "Tree of Love" project is a joint initiative of IDEA, the "YARAT" Contemporary Art Space, and "Baku" magazine.

Khayyam Abdinov, Executive Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, welcomed the participants and provided information about the project.

There is a belief that when a lock with the initials of lovers' names is attached to the rails of a bridge, it brings luck and promises happiness. According to tradition, in most countries around the world, young people tie ribbons to tree branches in parks and gardens and hang souvenirs with meaningful words written on them.

The metal-structured "Tree of Love" in Baku’s National Park will become a permanent decoration of the Seaside Boulevard, a place frequently visited by couples and lovers who wish to leave a mark of their enduring feelings on its branches.

It should be noted that artists performed a concert program at the ceremony.
