A final scientific seminar on the topic of “Ecological Management” was organized.

As part of IDEA’s ecological education program, on November 13, a scientific seminar on “Ecological Management” was held at the IDEA Public Union Resource Center for students from West, Baku Business, Baku Eurasia, Odlar Yurdu, and Azerbaijan University. During the seminar, Elman Yusifov, a recognized specialist in biodiversity conservation, shared interesting information with the participants about various fields of the environment.

Within the framework of the seminar, a presentation of the two-volume teaching aid titled “Ecological Management,” co-authored by Elman Yusifov, was also held. It should be noted that this book was published under the chief editorship of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union.

The book contains scientific research on all areas of the environment, including ecosystems, biodiversity, legal regulation, global ecological problems observed in the modern world and their solutions, international practices, and more. This book serves as a useful teaching aid for students studying in the fields of environment, ecology, and sustainable development, and also holds special significance as a reference book for professionals working in these fields.

In the interactive seminar, young participants had the opportunity to directly discuss with a professional on topics related to environmental protection that interested them.

At the end of the event, the IDEA Public Union gifted the participants the two-volume “Ecological Management” books.
