A yoga master class was held at the IDEA Animal Care Center.

On December 23, a "Yoga Master Class with Elchin Guliyev" was held at the IDEA Animal Care Center. At the event organized by the IDEA Public Organization and the Classical Yoga School, guests attended a Hatha yoga session, received a wealth of interesting information about yoga and proper nutrition, tasted samples of vegetarian cuisine, and also visited the animals kept at the center. The class and discussions were conducted by Elchin Guliyev, who has been practicing yoga since 2002 and holds an international diploma and the title of Yoga Shiromani.
