IDEA Public Association Begins Cooperation with the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

IDEA Public Association has launched joint cooperation with the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of ecology.

In order to establish the legal basis for this cooperation, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the two parties on June 5, 2015. According to the Agreement, collaboration and implementation of relevant projects are planned between IDEA Public Association and the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in areas such as strengthening ecological awareness, combating climate change, waste management, addressing emerging ecological challenges, biodiversity conservation, promoting sustainable development, advocating ecological responsibility, and conducting environmental assessments.

As is known, IDEA Public Association was established in 2011 to strengthen public awareness in the field of environment, engage youth in finding effective solutions to environmental problems, and promote training and education in this area. Since then, IDEA has implemented significant national and regional projects with broad participation of youth in environmental protection and addressing ecological issues, organized international events, and established cooperation with national and international structures active in this field.

According to the "Statute of the Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan," approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 19, 2011, one of the main tasks of the Youth Foundation is to conduct various activities among youth, including training and applied projects, for the purpose of ecological awareness. The cooperation established between IDEA and the Youth Foundation will serve the purpose of fulfilling this task.
