The IDEA campaign announces the selection of coordinators at higher education institutions.

The IDEA campaign, which constantly focuses on involving youth in environmental protection, is launching the selection of coordinators in every higher education institution operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The aim is to cover a wider youth network, establish a sustainable ecological culture at universities, and promote ecological thinking among students.

Young people who wish to serve as IDEA campaign coordinators at their educational institutions should send their CV and a "motivation letter" to [email protected]
by February 20, 2013.

It should be noted that candidates who successfully pass the selection process will first have the opportunity to participate in trainings at the IDEA Resource Center on topics such as "Environmental Protection," "Project Writing," "Teamwork," and more. Students who successfully complete the trainings will be awarded special certificates to serve as IDEA campaign coordinators. Afterwards, the students will start a one-year activity by creating a 10-person team at their university.

The established teams will organize events related to environmental protection, such as various seminars, university internal ecological debates, scientific discussions, and more.

IDEA coordinators operating in each higher education institution will inform more young people about ecological projects and events, and will also actively work on the regular development of students’ scientific and practical knowledge.
