On the initiative of IDEA, trees were planted on “Earth Day.”

Celebrated in 150 countries including Azerbaijan, this day is one of the largest environmental campaigns in the world.
People mark “Earth Day” by participating in various ecological projects such as planting trees, caring for green spaces, conducting cleaning activities, as well as engaging in environmental protection efforts and giving related presentations.

IDEA carried out its first action together with the Baku City Youth and Sports Department in the Yeni Surakhani residential area. With the participation of 50 young people, 200 trees were planted during the event.

The second event was organized by IDEA in collaboration with the Student Youth Organization of Baku State University and the Public Union “Support for Natural Sciences and Environmental Awareness.”
With the participation of 400 students from Baku State University, this project, consisting of various discussions, is called “Let’s Explore Our Planet.”
