The social ecological competition titled “My Eco Story” has been launched.

The IDEA Public Union, founded and headed by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, together with the Heydar Aliyev Center, has announced a social ecological competition called “My Eco Story.” Scenarios for social video clips on ecological topics can be submitted for the competition.
The purpose of the project is to inform people about the harm caused to the environment, emphasize the importance of solving ecological problems, and increase citizens' role in addressing these issues.
According to the competition rules, scenarios should be intended for a 3–5 minute video clip and submitted in “Word” format. Scenarios can be in Azerbaijani, Russian, or English. Submitted scenarios must be prepared exclusively for this competition. Each author may submit only one scenario. There is no age limit for submitting documents to the competition. Scenarios found to be plagiarized will be disqualified.
The competition jury will select the three best scenarios from those submitted. The authors of the top three scenarios will be awarded valuable prizes. Additionally, based on the scenario awarded first place, a social video clip will be produced with the support of IDEA and the Heydar Aliyev Center.
Anyone wishing to participate in the competition can send their scenario under the title “My Eco Story” to the email address [email protected] from July 15, 2014, to September 15, 2014.
Along with the scenario, authors should provide information about themselves in a free-text format. This information should include the author’s full name and contact details.
