The “My Eco Story” social-ecological competition has concluded.

The “My Eco Story” social-ecological competition, announced on July 15 as a joint initiative of the IDEA Public Union and the Heydar Aliyev Center, has come to an end.

More than 50 scripts were submitted for the competition, intended for creating a 3-minute video on an ecological topic. Based on the evaluation by the jury, the authors of the top three scripts were determined: Liya Bayramova (1st place), Gülşad Abdullayeva (2nd place), and Cəmilə Məlikova (3rd place).

The winning script presented by Liya Bayramova talks about the beauty of nature, the harm it suffers over time, and calls on people to protect the environment and preserve it for future generations.

In her story, Gülşad Abdullayeva brings to life ecological problems reflected in the background of a painter’s work portraying a beautiful female portrait. The script written by Cəmilə Məlikova reflects a young person’s desire to protect nature and save it from pollution after witnessing environmental contamination.

It should be noted that, based on the script awarded 1st place, a social-ecological video clip is planned to be produced with the support of IDEA and the Heydar Aliyev Center.

The winners of the competition were also awarded valuable prizes.
