The "From Fire to Green" campaign aimed at forest restoration has been launched.

As you know, climate change is causing forest fires to occur more frequently and intensely around the world.

During the summer season, forest fires occurred in many regions of Azerbaijan, including Shabran, Siyazan, Guba, Khachmaz, Gabala, Oguz, and Zaqatala.

IDEA and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources are pleased to announce the “From Fire to Green” campaign, aimed at restoring forests damaged by fires.

Within the framework of the campaign, the first planting event took place today in Shabran, where our volunteers planted thousands of oak, pistachio, elm, maple, hackberry, plane, poplar, wormwood, and acacia trees and seeds over an area of 2 hectares.
