“The next training was held within the framework of the ‘Environmental laboratory for children’”

On November 19, within the framework of the “Environmental Laboratory for Children” project jointly implemented by the IDEA Public Union and the “Sevimli bala” organization, another training session was held at IDEA’s Resource Center. The November laboratory was dedicated to the topic “Pollution and Its Types”.
Children from low-income families and children who had lost one of their parents took part in the November training.
The “Young Ecologists” were informed about the types of pollution, the causes of water and atmospheric pollution, and the effects of air pollution on human health, the environment, the ozone layer, and climate change.
During the training, children also observed water and air pollution through a number of laboratory experiments and created small thematic “works of art” using various materials.
At the end of the training, the IDEA Public Union and the “Sevimli Bala” organization presented commemorative gifts to the participants.
Along with providing children with an interesting and entertaining day, the November laboratory was also significant in terms of helping them develop an understanding of ways to combat pollution from an early age.
Those wishing to participate in the “Environmental Laboratory for Children” organized at the Resource Center of the IDEA Public Union located at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan are kindly requested to contact the IDEA Public Union at (497-63-16).
