The next laboratory training for children has been organized.

On June 28, within the framework of the joint project “Ecological Laboratory for Children” by IDEA Public Union and the “Sevimli Bala” organization, the next training dedicated to the topics of “green city,” waste, and its reuse was held at the Resource Center of IDEA Public Union, located at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for children aged 6-11.

During the training, children were explained the environmental impact of cars and the advantages of eco-friendly transport, including the use of bicycles. In addition, extensive information was provided about the world’s environmentally clean and polluted cities. The “little ecologists” also became familiar with ways to reduce waste, reuse materials, and build a “sustainable city” to help maintain a clean environment.

Moreover, the young nature lovers participated in fun knowledge competitions and various contests, conducted a series of laboratory experiments, observed the waste recycling process, and created art pieces from waste materials.

The June laboratory, the sixth training organized through the joint cooperation of IDEA Public Union and the “Sevimli Bala” organization, not only provided children with an interesting and entertaining day but was also beneficial for their early understanding of the concept of a “sustainable city.”
