Within the framework of the "Green Marathon," trees were distributed at the Bravo "20 Yanvar" hypermarket.

At the initiative of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, a campaign to distribute tree seedlings to the public has been launched within the framework of the “National Greening Marathon” (“Green Marathon”).

On April 4, as part of a joint effort by the IDEA Public Union, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and the BRAVO supermarket chain, tree seedlings were gifted to customers visiting the BRAVO supermarket located at “20 Yanvar.”

During the event, in addition to distributing the seedlings, citizens were also instructed on the proper planting, watering, and care of trees.

It should be noted that the main goal of the “Green Marathon” project is to increase green spaces, promote tree planting, contribute to environmental protection, and raise awareness about preserving greenery, including enhancing the country’s floral biodiversity. The project aims to plant nearly one million trees during the planting season and expand green areas.

Project partners encourage everyone to make the most of the spring planting season for the sake of the environment, to show special activity in protecting our planet, and to actively participate in greening efforts.
