A species of bird belonging to the family of Corvus, order of the Passerines, of the order of the Birds. It is found in the forests of the Caucasus in Azerbaijan.
Its body length is 34 cm, and its mass is up to 160 g. Its feathers are soft. Its color is reddish-gray, its tail is black. It has a blue spot with black spots on its wings, and a black-spotted partridge on its head.
It nests in trees. It lays 5-7 eggs in the nest. It feeds on seeds, berries, acorns, and aphids. It is beneficial by destroying harmful aphids.
