"The Road to Success"

Introduction
Within the framework of the project, meetings are organized between young people who are studying ecology or show interest in this field and individuals who have achieved professional success in environmental protection and sustainable development. Through this approach, the IDEA Public Union aims to guide youth toward the environmentally and sustainably focused fields that are regarded as prestigious in the modern world and contribute to the development of specialized and professional experts in our country.

Description and Concept
To encourage young people to specialize in and work in the environmental field, the IDEA Public Union launched a project called “The Road to Success” starting in April.

Within the framework of the project, meetings are organized between young people studying ecology or showing interest in this field and professionals who have achieved success in environmental protection and sustainable development. Through this approach, the IDEA Public Union aims to guide youth toward the environmentally and sustainably focused fields that are regarded as prestigious in the modern world and contribute to the development of specialized and professional experts in our country.

The first meeting within the framework of the “The Road to Success” project was held on April 27 with the participation of Bakhtiyar Ismayilov, Chief Specialist at the Azerbaijan Paper and Cardboard Production Plant (AKKİK), which belongs to Azersun Holding.

During the meeting, B. Ismayilov provided young people with extensive information about sustainable development, including his experience and professional activity in the field of recycling, the secrets of his achievements, and ways of self-improvement. It was noted that working in this field is not only financially rewarding but also beneficial for the protection of our country’s environment. At the end of the meeting, the guest expert answered questions from the youth.

Within the framework of the “The Road to Success” project, once a month, a meeting will be organized at the Resource Center located in the State Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where young people will meet with individuals who have built successful careers in environmental and related fields.
