Greener Areas are Good for People and Biodiversity!
A new improved neighborhood park has opened within IDEA’s “Bizim Həyət” (Our Yard) project in Narimanov district, Faig Yusifov Street 40,42,44, Yusif Vazir Chamanzaminli street 106/44 and Aliyar Aliyev street 65,67,69.
Over 540 trees, thousands of bushes and other plants have been planted in the park, including hanging plants like the ivy, which serve as effective barriers to air pollution.
Children’s playgrounds, sports facilities, gazebos and benches and all the other amenities are now at the disposal of more than 1600 people who reside in the area and will now have more reasons to be outdoors.
