"First aid to the nature" hotline and mobile group have been created

 

At the initiative of the Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva Heydar Aliyev Foundation and IDEA Public Union established the hotline and mobile group named “First aid to the nature” within the the programme “No tree cutting”.

 

Thus, citizens facing with cases of illegal tree cutting will be able to have their complaints and suggestions by calling the IDEA hotline 1113 either by mobile phones or telephones.

 

Citizens will have opportunity to submit their requests and complains through the website of IDEA (www.ideacampaign.org). In order to illustrate the problem they will be able to upload the photos of the area where the tree cutting appear.

 

After the investigation by the IDEA mobile group on the entered complains, the gathered materials and proofs will be sent to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan to take necessary measures. IDEA will keep the process of measurement by the Ministry under its control.

 

Should also be noted that: all claim forms sent by people to IDEA through the official website, (www.ideacampaign.org) will be based in special forms. So that, website visitors will get opportunity to look at the proceeding of the applications.
