Let's Restore Greenery Campaign

The tree planting campaign has been launched in the capital, organized by the Public Association IDEA and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (MENR), with the support of the Greenery Association of the Executive Authority of Baku City and the Executive Authority of Nizami District.

Attaching special attention to protection of greeneries, healthy development of young generation and well-being of citizens IDEA Public Union, along with "Cavan" Youth Movement Public Union, has launched "Bizim həyət" (Our Yard) project, which aims to improve yards in Baku that need renovation.

Let’s Bring Bison Mack into our Nature! - Environmental Summer Camp 2017

Over 70 school children from Bunud, Vandam, Tuntul, Yengija, Nohurgishlag, Amirvan, Bilikh, Topbagh and Malikli villigaes of Gabala region participated in IDEA’s 3-day summer camp that was dedicated to European bison for the first time in Azerbaijan. Supported by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan as well as the representative office of World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF), the new camp was conducted as part of the developing bison reintroduction program and carried the slogan “Let’s bring bison back into our nature!”.

Plastic and Paper Recycling Program Launched

On 23 February, IDEA Campaign along with the Ministry of Education and "Azersun" company launched a plastic and paper recycling project as part of the waste management program. The project encompasses the placement of recycle bins in all schools and higher education institutions of the capital.
